Carnival of Flowers 2014 list of bands
Grégory Saba, he President of the Carnival of Flowers has revealed the list of 12 bands taking part in the carnival parade on the Champ de Mars 2 on next 27, 28 and 29 July, they are : Anbyans, Barikad Crew, Carimi, Chalè, Djakout #1, Koudjay, Kreyol La, K-Zino, Rockfam, Team Lobey, T-Micky and T-Vice.

Elections: 108 political parties confirmed
In a note dated June 30, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) indicated that out of the 112 parties, groupings and combinations of political parties, 108 were accepted to participate in the elections scheduled this year. Four parties were excluded due to incomplete records. Note that the OPL, Fanmi Lavalas, Fusion, Inite, "Ayisyen pou Ayiti", "Kontra Pèp la", and the "Movement of the democratic political opposition" (MOPOD) have refused to register.

CSPJ postponed once more...
On Tuesday, the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) could not decide on the choice for the replacement of Marie Carole Floréal Duclervil to the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) due to the unavailability of many of its members. A new session will be held on Wednesday to finalize the process. A total of 37 application files were filed Monday to CSPJ.
