Various meetings were held with elected representatives of Jacmel and Cayes-Jacmel, the office of the South East Delegation, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTIC), the Technical Office of the Historic Centre of Jacmel, the Tourist Association of the Southeast of Haiti and other partner institutions and associations that have mobilized to take stock of the project Destination Jacmel. The discussion followed by visits resulted in concrete progress to address the most pressing needs for technical assistance in areas such as sanitation, reception, credit holiday program, creation of steering committees and of management of sites (Bassin Bleu, Raymond-les-Bains, Ti-Mouillage) and management of the historic Centre of Jacmel.
