iciHaiti - Diaspora : 3rd edition of the dinner of Haitian Entrepreneurs 07/12/2017 07:32:12
This event aimed to bring together Haitian entrepreneurs living in Europe, project leaders and anyone interested in investing, to encourage them to invest in Haiti, to project a positive and realistic image of the country and to present them. business opportunities offered by the country. This important meeting allowed the participants to have a global reflection on the contributions of the commercial exchanges to the economy of Haiti in comparison with the humanitarian aid. Among these speakers are Fritz Duroseau, Board Member of the Bank of the Republic of Haiti, Wilford Marous, President of the Haitian Chamber of Commerce in London. To move from reflection to practice, Sandra Sinvry, Owner of the brand Café lakay and Richard Macien, President of KAFE 1788 and of "Ayitian Koffee" presented their company to the audience. The dinner was prepared by the Haitian Chef, Daniel Jean-François, President and Founder of "Shack Grill Tiki Bar Restaurant", who offered diners a revisited version of some specialties of Haitian cuisine... Should also be noted the presence at this dinner the Ambassador of Haiti in Britain Edmond Bocchitt, the Consul of Haiti in London Laurent Prosper and Mara Registre First runner of "Miss West Indies UK".
