iciHaiti - Cap-Haitien : The 2018 Carnival Committee changes its president 10/01/2018 12:21:49
After proposal of the Municipal Council it was agreed that it will be replaced by a young more available, but experienced in the field of the organization of cultural events: Ronel Marcellus who is the representative of the Departmental Office of the Ministry of Tourism fully aware of the challenges since the first evaluation meeting on the availability of Committee members. The Departmental Directorate of the Ministry of Culture has validated this change and intends to develop with the Municipal Council communication strategies, marketing and promotion of Carnival 2018 in the North, including Cap-Haitien. The final list of the members of the Organizing Committee of the Carnival of Cap Haitien will be published soon, including the budget, the detailed plan of the cultural activities of the Carnival, the courses for the Sundays pre-carnivalesques, the Carnival of the little ones, the Student Carnival Friday and the 3 Fat Days.
