On Sunday, President Jovenel Moïse, accompanied by his wife Martine, Antonio Rodrigue, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Consul General of Haiti in Miami, Stéphane Gilles, and the Head of Cabinet of the Presidency Wilson Lalaeau, met as expected https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-24101-haiti-flash-president-moise-expected-in-florida.html with the members of the Haitian community of Miami and its surroundings on its first year in power...

These cordial exchanges took place in the presence of Miramar Mayor Wayne Messam, Commissioner Darline B. Riggs and Senator Daphné Campbell, among others.

During this evening, Moïse called for an awareness and invited his compatriots to a change of attitude while emphasizing "We must change mentality to change attitudes !"

The Head of State reaffirmed in accordance with his campaign promises, that he intended to increase from 10 to 30% the productivity rate of the Haitian public administration to improve its performance for the benefit of the Haitian people.

He recalled that the Caravane du Change, launched in May 2017, has been implemented throughout the country. With great satisfaction and pride, Moïse made it clear that the achievements made so far since the launch of the Caravan of change were financed by the Treasury, without any international assistance saying "Who can less can more".
