iciHaiti - Security : Margareth Fortuné of the LEH threatened with death, will not give up
Monday, Margareth Fortuné, the Director General National Lottery of Haiti (LEH) has denounced in a press conference death threats which she is the object pointing to those who want her to be removed from office and some personalities who have debts to the LEH, citing, in particular, the "National Association of Borlette Tenants". Fearing for her life, she calls on the authorities to guarantee her safety as well as that of her employees.

According to Margareth Fortuné these are the kind of threats that led to the resignation of his brother, the Mayor of Les Cayes, Gabriel Fortuné http://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-24570-haiti-flash-gabriel-fortune-the-mayor-of-les-cayes-resigns.html . However, unlike her brother, she says she will not give up to the pressure or threats "I will continue to do my job, until the President appoints someone else, if he is not satisfied with my performance.
