The General Directorate of the National Police (DGPNH) informs the public that non-authorized persons circulate, on Twitter accounts created in the name of Rameau Normil, the new Director General of the PNH https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-28605-haiti-security-installation-of-the-new-dg-of-the-pnh-and-advice-of-gedeon.html information pertaining to the alleged activities of the current Commander-in-Chief of the police institution.
As a result, the DGPNH declines all responsibility for the harm that such allegations and misinformation could cause to the public and announces that investigations will be conducted to identify and refer these identity theft to court.
