iciHaiti - PNH : Replacement of two Principal Commissioners

On Saturday, November 23, 2019, visibly dissatisfied with the results obtained in the juridictions of the Croix-des-Bouquets and Arcahaie, the Divisional Commissioner Goodson Jeune, West Departmental Director of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) proceeded to the replacement of Principal Commissioners of these two jurisdictions "[...] changes made in a concern for greater efficiency" says the note of the General Directorate of the PNH.

Note from the PNH :
"In accordance with the requirements of Article 20; provisions 202 of the manual of the general directives of the National Police of Haiti, to the orders of the Chief Commander a.i, Rameau Normil, the Departmental Director of the West, the Divisional Commissioner Goodson Jeune, proceeded, Saturday, November 23, 2019, to the installation of the Principal Commissioners Marie Dieunane Joseph Borgelin and Gospel Monelus; respectively at the head of the commissariats of the arrondissements of Croix des Bouquets and Arcahaie.

Their predecessors, the Chief Commissioners Clevens Cétoute and Jacques Ader were transferred to the Departmental Direction of the West (DDO). These changes have been made with a view to greater efficiency in the jurisdictions of the Croix-des-Bouquets and Arcahaie Commissariats."
