iciHaiti - Nippes : Establishment of 6 community restaurants of reference
A delegation from the Economic and Social Assistance Fund carried out last week, a four-day mission in 8 districts of the departments of Nippes and the South to facilitate the launch of 9 community restaurants, including 6 of reference.

The establishment of these refernce community restaurants, which have a double capacity compared to other community restaurants, is carried out with the involvement of vice-delegates from the boroughs of the Nippes department. For FAES, this involves providing sustained support to these restaurants in order to offer better services to the beneficiary populations.

At the same time, the FAES handed over to the Departmental Delegation of the South food products for the operation of 15 community restaurants which will soon be established in the 5 districts of this department.

In addition, over the past weekend, as part of the "Panye Solidarite" project, 3,500 vulnerable people have received dry rations in the Nippes department, 2,400) in the South 1,100 in Petit-Goâve).

In addition, on Monday, the FAES distributed dry rations to 5,000 vulnerable people from different districts of Cité Soleil such as : "Boston, Belekou, Bois Neuf, Projet Drouillard, Duvivier, Ti Zile" and to the inhabitants of "Bizoton, Brochette 97 , Rivière Froide and Taille-Fer" in the commune of Carrefour.

Tuesday, February 4, it was the turn of the populations of: "Fugy, Belle Fontaine, Wharf Jérémie, Brooklyn, Cité Lumière, Ti Ayiti, Butte Boyer, Torcelle, Tabarre 51 and Pernier" to benefit from 5,000 dry rations.

Recall that these operations are part of a large distribution of dry rations during this week where twenty-five thousand 25,000 people will be served.
