New anti-governmental demonstration
Friday, February 7, the Organizations "Mouvman Gran Bèlè" (MGB), "Fòs Patriyotik pou Respè Konstitisyon an" (FOPARK), "Òganizasyon Tèt Ansanm" (OTAN), "Mouvman Patriyotik Opozisyon Site Solèy" (MOPOSS) and the "Mouvement de Liberté, d’Égalité des Haïtiens pour la Fraternité" (MOLEGHAF), announce a new demonstration to demand the departure of the team Martelly/Lamothe and the end of inter-Haitian dialogue between political parties.

Constitutional Amendment ?
Wednesday, the inter-Haitian dialogue continued, the discussions focused on the constitutional amendment. Although the majority of stakeholders have recognized the need to amend the law mother, they mentioned as a constraint, the organization of the forthcoming elections. Some have proposed to place emphasis on the electionsto then transform the Parliament in Constituent Assembly, which would produce a new constitution. Other political leaders believe that a constitutional amendment is not a requirement, at least for the moment.

NOTICE of the Embassy of Mexico, passport application
The Embassy of the Republic of Haiti in Mexico inform the Haitian community living in this country that the entry into force of the measure to submit Extracts Birth Certificate on secure paper for any new passport is extended to 31 May 2014. In the meantime, the previous procedure remains for passport applications except that the extracts issueddated prior to October 1, 2013, must necessarily include the hologram of the National Archives.

Official launch of the National Institute of Music of Haiti
Friday, the Ministry of Culture will proceed to the official launching ceremony of the "National Institute of Music of Haiti" (INAMUH) in Pandiassou (Plateau Central). Recall that the institute's mission is to find and mentor children from disadvantaged classes and vulnerable groups, giving them access to a strong academic and musical training.
