Signing of MoUs on child protection Wednesday, the Institute of Social Welfare and Research (IBESR), signed 10 MoUs with national and international organizations for the protection of the child. Through these MOUs, the interventions of non-governmental actors in the area of child protection, may be more readable and better integrated into the framework of government priorities.
