(Lesser Antilles off the coast of Venezuela), would like to inform the Haitian community in general that during the FIFA World Cup we will be showing all of the matches on Haitian local TV in Creole for their viewing pleasure, while still conducting business as usual. All are invited !

Inauguration at Sacred Heart Hospital in Milot

Friday, with the inauguration by the First Lady, Sophia Martelly, of the outpatient clinic at Sacred Heart Hospital in Milot (HSCM), the bed capacity increased from 73 to 123 beds. This construction will help increase the emergency department, to strengthen and rehabilitate imaging (X-ray, ECG, cardiography, sonography, mammography, etc...) the department of pharmacy, the care of TB patients and the hospital information system.

New Community Referral Hospital of Arcachon

The new Community Referral Hospital of Arcachon 32 (Carrefour), will be inaugurated June 11, 2014. This new health infrastructure, which is named after the late Dr. Raoul Pierre-Louis, is the result of a tripartite agreement Brazil-Cuba-Haiti, which aims to strengthen the health sector. As part of this agreement, remember that the Community Referral Hospital of Bon Repos, Croix des Bouquets, and the Haitian Institute of Rehabilitation Dr. Gérard Léon, have already been inaugurated.
