Summer Camp "Agriculture Youth Summer 2014"

The Ministry of Agriculture is organizing a Camp "Agriculture Youth Summer 2014" on the theme "Pou agrikilti ak anviwonman peyi n, jenès d ayiti angaje n". The camp to be held in Arcahaie, from 20 to 23 August 2014, will bring together 1,000 young people from ten departments. The aim is to educate young people on issues of agriculture, environment and entrepreneurship and bring them to have a citizenship behavior and responsible face the major challenges of agriculture, environmental and climate change.

World Humanitarian Day

This Tuesday, August 19, the World Food Program in Haiti (WFP) joined the rest of his colleagues and humanitarian partners to celebrate the World Humanitarian Day in Haiti and the dedication of all those working across the country to improve the lives of people in need. Note that in Haiti, WFP employs 196 people, 179 of whom are of Haitian nationality.
