Symbolic laying of the foundation stone of the airport of Jérémie

Donation of heavy equipment of the European Union

Wednesday morning, the delegation of the European Union in Haiti has handed the keys to a fortnight of heavy equipment and a dozen generators to the Haitian government through the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Communication (MTPTC). The equipment was purchased from the "Haitian tractor" for $167 million gourdes, nearly €2 million.
