University of Cambridge: 2015 Scholarship

Cambridge University seeking candidates to scholarships 2015, aimed at promoting the study of placental biology, with particular reference to the trophoblast. These scholarships are fully funded for three years of full-time research. Selection criteria: Scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis, and candidates must demonstrate both their strong academic experience, ability and enthusiasm for research. Triple Jump, Samyr Laine misses podium...

Friday at XXII Central American and Caribbean Games, which take place in Veracruz, Mexico, Samyr Laine participated in the triple jump final, finishing 6th out of 12, with 16.08m, the gold medal was won by the Cuban Ernesto Rene with 16.94m, silver by the Cuban Lazaro Martinez with 19.91m and bronze by Yordanys Garcia from Dominica with 16.67m, Jeffrey Michael Julmis who participated in the final of the 110m hurdles abandoned for reasons yet still unspecified.

Audits of Projects of Île-à-Vache

A follow-up meeting with Wilfred Baghaloo of the company Price Water House Coopers (PWC) and the representative of the local firm, "Cabinets d'Experts-Comptables Mérové-Pierre" (MPA), took place between the two companies selected to audit the financial and technical capacity of the bidders, at the request of the authorities concerned for the complete success of the projects of Île-à-Vache.
