A Haitian-born French arrested for terrorism

Fritz-Joly Joachin (29), a Haitian-born French, within the scope of a European arrest warrant issued by France was arrested in Bulgaria in early January for attempting to visit Syria. Tribute at the Embassy of Canada

International Jazz Festival
