iciHaiti - Justice : The CSPJ made changes at the Civil Court of Les Cayes

On Friday, the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) has announced the layoff of the Dean of the Civil Court of Cayes, Me Ezéchiel Vaval and of investigating magistrates Joseph Josias Jean Pierre and Frantz Badette. According CSPJ, these judges were punished for dereliction of duty of their state and ethics breach.
Moreover, Me Jules Cantave, President of CSPJ indicated that the same day, the citizens Jean-Robert Constant and Lionel Bourgoin have been installed respectively as Technical Secretary and Director of the Judicial Inspection.
