iciHaiti - Agriculture : First impact of the Turkish Cooperation

Monday, through a first cooperation project estimated at nearly 900,000 dollars, Turkey, through its Agency for Cooperation and Coordination (TIKA) donated four vehicles to the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development.
This project also included the repair of the pumping systemof the Organization for the Development of the Plain of Gonaives (ODPG) and the construction of several tanks in Artibonite.
Fresner Dorcin, the Minister of Agriculture did not hide his satisfaction for this new cooperation in the agricultural sector and promised a good use of the tools that TIKA will make available to his Ministry.
