iciHaiti - Humanitarian : The American singer Beyoncé, in Haiti

Saturday, the American singer Beyoncé, was in Haiti for a visit of a few hours as part of a humanitarian mission with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) of the United Nations, to see the progress made since the 2010 earthquake, and meet some of the people who have been affected.
During her short visit, the music Superstar participated in food distribution, water and other resources, including medical care provided by UN doctors.
Beyoncé was accompanied by Valerie Amos, the Under Secretary General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator.
