Me Pierre-Richard Casimir the Minister of Justice and Public Security (MJSP) has taken cognizance of the press note issued by the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSC/CA), dated May 25, 2015 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-14003-haiti-news-electoral-zapping.html , through which judges and advisers of that Court have reported threats that would weigh on their personal safety and that of auditors and controllers assigned to the institution.

The Ministry, has instructed the law enforcement to meet the advisers of the Court and arrest with them, all measures which may prove necessary in the circumstances.

The Minister Casimir, renews its firm commitment to maintain a stable security environment throughout the country and to accompany government institutions in fulfilling their respective duties, to strengthen the rule of law.
