iciHaiti - Security : Regrets of the Ministry of the Interior

Emmanuel François Goutier, Director of the Centre for Information and Joint Coordination (CICC) of the Ministry of the Interior and Territorial Collectivities (MICT) and Professor at the University of Notre Dame d'Haiti (UNDH), was brutally assassinated on the night of Wednesday, May 20, 2015. The lifeless body of the victim shot several times, as found in his car on the morning of Thursday, May 21, in Delmas 65.
The MICT, colleagues of our late and the society in general will suffer the brutal departure and precipitate of this dynamic executive and applied, trained, mong others, at the National School of Public Administration (ENAP) and the University of Quebec .
