iciHaiti - Politic : Evaluation of Foundations and Radio in the North and Northeast

The Ministry of the Interior and Territorial Communities (MICT), through its Directorate for Political Affairs and Human Right (DAPDH), recently conducted an evaluation mission of radios and foundations in the North and Northeast departments. No less than a dozen radio stations and foundations that have submitted applications for permits of operation, have been visited by executives of the Directorate for Political Affairs and Human Right of the MICT.
An approach that is part of the laws of July 1934 on foundations and November 1977 on operation of the radios, which require that the owners of these institutions are credible people.
