iciHaiti - Social : For a new inclusive and coherent social policy
The Haitian Government and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) have held this week in Port-au-Prince, an international conference on the theme: "Social Protection in Haiti, towards the development of a new policy ?" with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and other partners. https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-14047-haiti-politic-towards-a-new-social-protection-policy.html
Coming from different countries: Brazil, Chile, Mexico, El Salvador and Dominican Republic, experts having contributed to the development of social protection policies shared their experiences and lessons learned in order to support Haiti to take that step.
