iciHaiti - Literature : A Haitian poet in workshop-residency in Montreal

For the first time, a Haitian author within the Union of writers and Quebec writers, is in writing workshop-residency in Montreal. The poet, journalist and Haitian comedian, Jacques Adler Jean Pierre in Montreal since May 26, will stay there until 7 July.

During those six weeks he will take part in many activities (readings, lectures in schools, roundtables) and also continue his writing project of a collection of children's stories in French and Creole.

Recall that the first collection of poems by Jacques Adler Jean Pierre was entitled "Words to die after love" (Des mots pour mourir après l’amour).
