iciHaiti - Social : In Santiago Haitians gradually regaining confidence

Thursday, June 25, eight days after the end of the National Plan for Regularization of Foreigners (PNRE) in an irregular migratory situation in the Dominican Republic, a delegation led by Jacques Pierre Matilus, the interim Responsible of the onsulate General of Haiti in Santiago in Dominican Republic, visited the Market Pueblo Nuevo, a very popular market of Santiago, which takes place every Thursday, where the majority of merchants are Haitians.
The purpose of the visit was to dialogue with the vendors to know how they lived the situation with the repatriation issue.
