A delegation led by Ms. Marina Gourgue, Secretary of State for Vocational Training, Keyunga Tosamba Lusalusa, Programme Officer APEFE (Belgian Cooperation), Ms. Hermione Charles, Programme Director, Ms. Lise Boucicault, Director of Operations at the National Institute Vocational Training (INFP) and Me Closel Fatal, Assistant head of service, SDTP/DCO-INFP, participated to an official ceremony of delivery of Certificate of Professional Skills (AAP) to the participants of Baie de Henne in the Northwest Department (borough of Môle-Saint-Nicolas).

These 400 hours training sessions were organized as part of the Mobile Training Program, funded by the Belgian Cooperation. This initial technical training in chained masonry, provided according to seismic building standards advocated by the Ministry of Public Works, included the following modules: frames, retaining walls, masonry block, concrete/formwork, coatings and slight cracks, reinforcement.
