Wednesday, at a special meeting to be held in the Simón Bolívar Room of the Organization of American States (OAS) headquarters in Washington, D.C., the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Haiti, Lener Renauld, will address the Permanent Council of OAS, to report on developments in the situation between the Dominican Republic and Haiti.
