iciHaiti - Education : 31,587 students sensitized to civics

The Office of Citizen Protection (OPC) carries out a series of outreach activities in schools across the country, in the form of talks of one hour where students are sensitized among others the importance of civics, on their rights, their duties and the protection of the environment.

The talk in schools is a component of the education program for citizenship, values, democracy and human rights, which involves the construction of another model of society.

For this academic year (October 2014-June 2015), 31,587 students were touched by the program, for a total of 539 sessions held in 203 schools across the 10 departments.
