The Principal Inspector, Garry Desrosiers, Deputy Spokesman of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), confirmed Saturday that following a major joint operation PNH-MINUSTAH, which mobilized 375 police officers and 140 peacekeepers, 113 individuals were arrested in Fort Touron and La Saline, 9 alleged dangerous gang leaders, accused of murder, armed robbery and conspiracy.

Furthermore he stated that 8 suspected criminals, gang members, are currently under search notices and asked once again to the population to cooperation with the police in order to put out of harm these dangerous criminals.
