Thursday Dithny Joan Raton, the Minister of Culture had a working meeting at the regional office of the National Heritage Preservation Institute (ISPAN) around the identification of houses with high heritage value in the Historical center of Cap-Haitien.

Attended the working session, Patrick Durandis, Director General of ISPAN, Rhoddy Attilus, Departmental Director of the Ministry of Culture, Neat Achille, Regional Director of ISPAN and Eddy Lubin, interim Departmental Director of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries (MTCI).

Following this meeting, the Minister Raton went to the Historical Centre of the City of Cap-Haitien to assess some houses with a heritage values isted in the Heritage Preservation Project and Support for the Tourism Sector (PAST).
