iciHaiti - Culture : Success of humorists to the show HaHaHaïti
Sunday, as part of the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal, the success of Haitian and Quebec humorists to the show "HaHaHaïti", on the Maisonneuve Theatre stage of the Place des Arts in Montreal, has been praised by many media of Montreal.

Wyclef Jean was the guest of honor at the third benefit evening organized in favor of the creation of the first National School of humor in Haiti.

Many Haitian humorists : Jacques Junior Bourjolly, aka "Kako", Christina Guérin, Ralph Alfred Valéry, Garihanna Jean-Louis and Johnny Moussignac and well-known Quebecois humorist such Boucar Diouf humoriste, Eddy King, Adib Alkhalidey, Katherine Levac, Mehdi Bousaidan, Alban Jouvini and Marie­-Lyne Joncas made laugh out loud a large audience conquered by their creative humor.

The evening was moderated by Mehdi Bousaidan. The comedian who imitates to perfection the Haitian accent did a show on his experience in Port-au-Prince appreciated by an audience in part Haitian.

"How beautiful it is when Quebec and Haiti come together to laugh," said Justin Viard, the Consul General of Haiti in Montreal who wish this Haitian experience in Quebec, is repeated every year, for the full construction of two peoples on cultural ties they share through the French language, the vehicle of choice for activities of the mind.

Note that after Jean Samuel André as scholarship student last year, it's Garihanna Jean Louis who has benefited this year from a two-year scholarship from next autumn, at the National School of humor in Montreal.

Thanks to the determination of the Ministry of Culture of Haiti, the unconditional support of the National School of Humour, the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal and the Consulate General of Haiti in Montreal, the National School of humor of Haiti will open in Port-au-Prince this November.
