Wednesday, Robert Labrousse, the Minister of Haitians Living Abroad (MHAVE) received a lot of materials : Civil State Registers (Birth certificate, birth father Declaration Form) and hardware component (printer), (printer) from the hands the head of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Soufiane Adjali.

These registers will be transmitted shortly to Jean Wilfrid Bertrand, Director General of National Archives of Haiti, in order to identify undocumented Haitians living outside the country.
