This agreement focuses on support for improving the quality of education by strengthening and supporting the 3rd cycle of fundamental and secondary through among others: the revision of curricula, teacher training and pedagogical supervision; the deployment of digital tools at the service of an upgraded and active pedagogy and strengthening of bilingualism (French-Creole).

From the school year 2015, a first lot of 5,000 digital tablets (on 15,000) and 250 interactive whiteboards will be distributed in high schools.

It is also planned interventions in order to launch a project to promote youth employment through the modernization of the training offer of the National Institute of Professional Training and develop digital training offer.
