iciHaiti - FLASH : The murderer of a Haitian merchant, shot down by the Dominican police 12/08/2015 12:16:50
According to the police report, the individual identified as Luis Mendez (25) aka "Pitbull" was shot and wounded during a confrontation with a police patrol. He passed away during transport to the emergency services of the Regional University Hospital Jaime Mota. The investigation report also indicates that Moguis Ramon Felix, 18, an alleged accomplice, who is detained in the case, has designated Luis Mendez as the person who shot the Haitian merchant with two other accomplices, identified as Augui and El Flaco or El Capitaleňo, fed and sought. Moguis Ramon Felix, will be made available to the justice in the coming hours for sentencing for his alleged involvement in the assault and subsequent murder of the Haitian merchant.
