Thursday, Rothchild François Jr., Minister of Communication, presided at the premises of the National Telecommunications Council (CONATEL) a planning meeting on the cover and the television broadcasting of the Caribbean Festival of Arts (Carifesta XII), which held in Haiti from 21 to 31 August 2015.
This meeting, to which took part, including Jean-Marie Guillaume, General Director of CONATEL, Gamall Augustin, Director General of the National Radio Television of Haiti (RTNH) and Ms. Elsa Baussan, the President of the organizing Committee CARIFESTA XII, enabled participants to work on an agreed formula for the retransmission of activities, to be held in the West department, Jacmel, Les Cayes, Gonaives and Cap-Haitien.
