Friday, as part of bilateral cooperation Haiti-Cuba Nesmy Manigat, the Minister of Education in the presence of Henry Robert Sterlin, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and the Ambassador of Cuba accredited to Haiti, Ricardo Garcia Napoles made the presentation of the 23 Haitian young scholars (including 11 women), who will soon leave for Cuba to continue their studies in various fields (medicine, physics, sports etc...)

Henry Robert Sterlin invited the 23 scholars to take their studies seriously and transmitted hem the words of Lener Renauld, the Foreign Minister, who was absent for the occasion, "Leave Haitian and return Haitian."
