Tuesday, Dr. Florence D. Guillaume, the Minister of Health held a review meeting with the National Steering Committee on the results-based financing (FBR).

It was also an opportunity during this working session, to formally integrate the Global Fund as a partner alongside the World Bank and the US Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Leadership Management & Governance Leadership, Management, and Governance Project.

Recall that the health institutions financing strategy is a tool that aims to improve access and quality of services. Since its launch in August 2014, around 7 health institutions in the Northeast of Haiti have thus been contractualized.
