He explained that with the Haitian government beyond the issue of illegal migration of Haitian nationals in the Dominican Republic, there were also economic and cultural relations. He recalled that the Dominican government had spoken very clearly to international organizations on the National Plan for the Regularization of Foreigners (PNRE) and assured that it worked in accordance with the Dominican Act and in compliance with international conventions on human rights.
