iciHaiti - Diplomacy : The government decorates Pamela White

Friday in the gardens of the National Palace, the President Michel Martelly, accompanied among others by his wife Sophia, and Prime Minister Evans Paul, participated in a decoration ceremony of the US Ambassador accredited to Haiti, Pamela White, which reaches the end of her mission.
In his remarks for the occasion, the Head of State addressing the American diplomat declared "We have found in you a passionate of the Haitian cause. I take as an example your support for the democratic process by encouraging parliamentarians to pass laws, very often in a hostile environment, for the welfare of the Haitian people [...] Dear friend... your passage was much appreciated [...] I also want to acknowledge the generous humanism you always have displayed in the conduct of cooperative relations of your government, relations imprints of friendship and solidarity, that makes the United States a key partner of Haiti [...] On behalf of the Haitian people, thank you for the efforts invested to support Haiti and to strengthen its ties with the United States."
