iciHaiti - Diplomacy : New Head at Consulate of Haiti in Higüey, DR

Monday, Magali Jeanty Magloire, the Chargée d'Affaires ai of the Embassy of Haiti in the Dominican Republic, has proceeded to the installation of Philippe Malebranche as the new Minister Counsellor, Head of the Consulate of Haiti in Higüey.
In her remarks for the occasion, Ms. Magloire emphasized that the choice of Mr. Malebranche was based on competence and experience as a former Head of mission in Santiago.
For his part the new head of the Consulate of Haiti in Higüey, thanked President Michel Martelly to have chosen him and promised to the Consulate staff to do his best to have good collaboration with them and to improve the image of Consulate.
