Friday ended a trainer training five days "Inclusive and Special Education Guidance" in order to allow these new trainers to offer the course later in the teacher training schools in order to better prepare educators to be able to recognize and prevent various types of disabilities to which they can cope with and respond appropriately in regular classes.

More than 40 educators participated in the training, designed by the National Superior Institute of Research and Training for the Education of Young Disabled and Adapted Teaching, the INS/HEA.

This training was made possible through a collaboration between the Ministry of National Education, the Office of the Secretary of State [Gérald Oriol Jr.] for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (BSEIPH), with the support of the Organization of American States (OAS) and the US Agency for International Development (USAID).
