On Friday, the Principal Inspector, Garry Desrosiers, Deputy Spokesman of the National Police of Haiti presented a positive assessment of the operation "Tempête #4". In summary, for the period from September 25 to 2 October 2015, in several police operations, 57 people were arrested on charges including crimes, kidnapping, armed robbery, illegal possession of firearms, murder, arson, kidnapping, rape and false use of public documents.

Also during these operations, the security forces have seized two cars, three motorcycles, five weapons, 31 cartridges, 10,000 gourdes, 2,480 US dollars, several packets of marijuana and many mobile phones.
