Yesterday Friday, President Michel Martelly accompanied by the First Lady Sophia Martelly, the Prime Minister, Evans Paul, and Dr. Florence D. Guillaume, Minister of Public Health, proceeded to the inauguration of two new buildings brand new, to house the National Palace security staff (barracks) and the infirmary "I congratulate and thank all those who contributed to this project," declared the Head of State.

After cutting the inaugural ribbon, they visited the premises.
