The "Creole Month in Montreal" dedicates the entire month of October to the celebration and enhancement of Canadian Creole Heritage. Following the installation of 33 creole academicians in Haiti, the Prime minister Evans Paul also launched the Creole month in Haiti from 1st to 31st October, 2015.

All the Creole Month in Montreal activities aim to develop the human personality, promote understanding, tolerance, brotherhood and friendship between peoples, particularly between all Creole speakers. Creole Month in Montreal wants to be a quality expression forum open to all those who want to honor the Creole cultures through their works.

Creole poetry, dance, song, or food will be all in the Creole meeting. Several cultural activities are planned to fill this big event, many Haitian artists will participate in order to grandiosely celebrate our native language. Emeline Michel, Beethova Obas and James Germain will perform for a fund raising that will benefit the House of Haiti (Maison d'Haïti ).
