Sunday, Jacquelin Lirisemond, the Young Minister of Education of the Youth Government of Haiti (GHJ), announced that as part of a partnership with the Professional School St. Joseph Artisan (EPSJA) on the Canapé Vert road, he has 3 full scholarships for professional studies that will be allocated on a contest basis and Excellence.

Interested youth must register in EPSJA (costs 1,000 gourdes) before the end of October 2015 and applicants should indicate when registering the Youth Government as reference. They will participate in the regular competitions of the school entry on Novemeber 5.
