Wednesday, October 28, 2015, a young boy named Sony Willis, was shot dead at around 8:00 pm by armed men who tried to rob a market on Avenue Liberté in Petit-Goâve.

This incident occurred after Sony had alerted the publicof the presence of thieves. The police went to the scene and opened an investigation to apprehend the culprits. The population has condemned this odious crime...

Moreover, the powerful gang leader Jean Michel, speaking on the program "tribune populaire" of Radio Preference, denied any involvement of his gang in this crime. Recall that Jean Michel is the head of the gang "Haute tension" which includes around 70 men who generally operate in the mountains.
