Patrice Vilcéus, a Quebecer of Haitian origin [arrived in Quebec at the age of 3 years], works at Police Department of the city of Montreal (SPVM) for 21 years where he held various positions, including undercover officer, detective Sergeant and investigator.

Since September, he was appointed the Commander of the Eclipse Squad, a group of policemen whose specialty is to combat and prevent streets gangs and all kinds of crime in Montreal.
