Besides the recent appointment of Rachel Coupaud as Ambassador of Haiti Republic of China (Taiwan) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-15727-haiti-diplomacy-china-ready-to-help-haiti.html several changes and cascading mutations are observed in Haitian diplomacy a few months before the end of the five year term of President Martelly. Former Technical Secretary of the CMP (Joint Bilateral Commission - CMB) Régine Lamure accesses the dilomatique career as Ambassador to Panama, replacing Philippe Archer which is mutated in London.
