Besides the recent appointment of Rachel Coupaud as Ambassador of Haiti Republic of China (Taiwan) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-15727-haiti-diplomacy-china-ready-to-help-haiti.html several changes and cascading mutations are observed in Haitian diplomacy a few months before the end of the five year term of President Martelly. Former Technical Secretary of the CMP (Joint Bilateral Commission - CMB) Régine Lamure accesses the dilomatique career as Ambassador to Panama, replacing Philippe Archer which is mutated in London.

Bernard Degraff is appointed new Ambassador of Haiti to Cuba replacing Jean Victor Généus that is mutated in Bahamas to replace Antonio Rodriguez which in turn is mutated in Belgium.
