Miradin Morlan, Director General of the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI), has proceeded to the installation of José Excellent as new Director at the head of the Directorate of Operations. He takes over from Mr. Chesnel Francois, who has spent three years as head of this important directorate, the backbone of the DGI, given the huge responsibilities.

In his speech, Miradin Morlan said he had nothing to reproach the outgoing Director and that this change was obeying his will to get things and men moving, to bring the institution still towards excellence.

The outgoing Director Chesnel, who will take up his new quarters at the Monitoring Unit of the Reform and Control, welcomed the arrival of his successor he considers as a brother "Men pass, the institution remains. We wish the Director Excellent, success in his new role."

Note that José Excellent previously held the position of Director of the Directorate of NGOs and Exempt Companies.
