In a note signed by Dr. Florence D. Guillaume, Minister of Health, the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP) warns the distributors who, through multiple media types, tout the merit of certain products such : seasoning cubes, milk, lightening skin cream, etc... by giving them any kind of value to health.

While calling on distributors of these products to return work on their advertisements in compliance with ethical standards as televisual as radiophonic, the MSPP invites the general population to refer to health institutions and health care providers to find adequate information on these products regarding the maintenance of their health.

The Ministry of Public Health and Population took the opportunity to remind the Haitian population that foods such as vegetables and fruits, cereals... remain recommended foods for a healthy diet for children and adults, because rich in vitamins, minerals and proteins; they are essential to the physical and intellectual activities of the human body.
